  • Google Cloud Platform (GCP): All production databases and file storage are hosted on GCP in U.S. regions. GCP encrypts data in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES‑256).

  • Access controls: Zero‑trust architecture, role‑based permissions, MFA, and audited change logs.

  • Compliance: GCP maintains certifications including ISO 27001, SOC 1/2/3, and PCI‑DSS. Altius completes annual penetration tests and third‑party SOC 2 Type II audits.

Service providers

Cloud hosting (GCP), SMS delivery (Dialpad), secure file sharing, Accodal. Safeguards: Written contracts, least‑privilege access

Government / regulatory
