In order to make sure we don't have to charge large setup fees like other firms, we help all clients determine the best monthly go-forward agreement first before we get started on any work. Yes, it is common for us to perform “catch up, clean up” services when clients first join. Please discuss the additional costs of these services with your CPA.

Yes, we strongly encourage all clients to do tax planning with their CPA to project out tax due well in advance, discuss tax minimization strategies and any business planning or compliance items that come up as an add-on service. At a minimum, we will remind you to schedule a year-end tax projection meeting and planning call.
